Horrendous

SAN ANTONIO, Texas (Reuters) - Texas has begun sending undercover agents into bars to arrest drinkers for being drunk, a spokeswoman for the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission said on Wednesday.

The first sting operation was conducted recently in a Dallas suburb where agents infiltrated 36 bars and arrested 30 people for public intoxication, said the commission's Carolyn Beck.

Being in a bar does not exempt one from the state laws against public drunkenness, Beck said.

Don't y'all know that native Texans drive better when they're drunk? They pay closer attention.

By a happy coincidence, this benighted backwater is where Pretty Lady will be spending her weekend. She had no idea conditions had deteriorated to this extent. The next thing you know, they will be doing house-to-house searches for illegal weapons. What Is The World Coming To.

NO, NO, NO! They will be going door to door looking for child porn... gun confiscation is just a bonus... and for our own good.

Boone's Farm? Yes Ma'am, I'm available for that. Just give me a minute to clear my schedule.

How about my house, Morgan? We like a good glass or two around here now and then, and our couch is comfier than the stones under the bridge. While we're drinking (or rather, you, since I'm on the nine-months-no-alcohol plan at the moment) your three-year-old can practice the fine art of putting clothes on with my three-year-old. It only takes about an hour, that should give us adults plenty of time.

It's Sunday, and the big question is.... did the Pretty Lady get busted while she was in Texas? Do you need bail money madam?
